Brief Profile of the staff: Dr. Sharon C.L specialises in the area of Food Science and Nutrition. She has several years of teaching and research experience. She has also worked at KVK Kannur as an extension scientist. She has authored several peer reviewed journals. She has conducted various training programs in her field of specialisation. Her areas of interest include nutrition, probiotics and functional foods. She has been principal Investigator in various externally aided projects.
