• Thirty five years of teaching and research experience in the field of Agricultural Statistics in Kerala Agricultural University.

• Award: Winner of ‘THAKUR RAM AUTAR SINGH RESEARCH AWARD’ in Poultry Breeding in India, during 1989 for team research and developing a hybrid layer suitable over whole of India.
• Co-author of the paper which won young scientist award in the Swadeshi Science Congress conducted at CPCRI, Kasaragode, during 6-8, November, 2012, (Title: Influence of planting time on the curd weight of cauliflower ( Brassica Oleracea Var. Botrytis)

• Co-PI of two externally aided projects (one completed)
• Presented two papers in the International Conferences on ‘Statistics, Probability and Related Areas’ in 2007 and 2011 organized by Cochin University of Science and Technology
