Mr. Ayyoob K.C., Assistant Professor in Agricultural Statistics, joined College of Horticulture, Vellanikkara on April 2019. He was working as Assistant Professor (Agricultural Statistics) at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture and Research Institute, Karaikal  from 2012- 2019 before joining Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur.

He completed his graduation in Agriculture from Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur and M.Sc. in Agricultural Statistics from University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. He has more than seven years of experience in teaching and applied research.  He was also Member, Advisory Committee for several Postgraduate students of PAJANCOA & RI.

Expertise and interest on open source statistical package R. He has served as resource person for several training programmes on data analysis and statistics using R and other statistical packages. He has more than 10 research papers in reputed national and international journal to his credit.
