Dr. Smitha John.K

Dr.(Mrs.) Smitha John.K has completed her post-graduation in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Doctorate from Forest Research Institute Dehradun in Soil Science. She started her career in 2010 as Agricultural Officer in the State Department of Agriculture, Kerala.  In 2019, she joined Kerala Agricultural University as Assistant Professor in the  Soil Science Department. The main areas of her research were on soil Carbon sequestration, soil fertility evaluation, production of organic manure from weeds, soil test crop response studies, nano technology. Currently she is working as Principal Investigator, ICAR - AICRP on STCR, Dept. of Soil Science & Agrl.Chemistry, College of Agriculture, Vellanikkara.
