• 11 years of experience in  research, teaching and extension in the field of  Microbiology at CPCRI, Kasaragod, Cocoa Research Centre, KAU, Vellanikkara and Department of Agricultural Microbiology, KAU

• 4 ongoing research projects as Principal Investigator

• Currently guiding two MSc students in Agricultural Microbiology
• Guided 2 students  for dissertation from outside KAU as major advisor

Extension

• 2 state level programme on biofertilizers were conducted as co-course director
• Acted as resource person for 15 state level training programmes

Published 12 research articles, 10 conference publications, 7 popular articles, 12 practical manual for UG and PG courses and two training manuals.
