Dr. Arya Lekshmi V

Dr. Arya Lekshmi V has completed her B.Sc. (Ag) from Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, M.Sc. (Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry) from University of Agricultural Science, Raichur and Ph.D. (Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry) from Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur. She was awarded University Gold Medal for her post graduate degree programme from UAS, Raichur. She received INSPIRE fellowship from Department of Science and Technology for her doctoral degree programme. She started her carrier in 2014 as Senior Research Fellow in All India Coordinated Research Project on Management of Salt Affected Soils and Use of Saline Water in Agriculture at RRS, Vyttila. In 2016, she joined as Senior Technical Assistant (Crops) in M/o Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India. Later, she worked as Agricultural officer in Department of Agricultural Development and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of Kerala from 2019 to 2022. She joined Kerala Agricultural University as Assistant Professor (Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry) in 2022. She is handling UG, PG and PhD courses offered by the department
